Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah Monday began direct cash transfers in lieu of its rice guarantee scheme. The rice scheme, Anna Bhagya 2.0, was launched at Vidhana Soudha by the CM. Food and Civil Supplies minister K H Muniyappa, DCM DK Shivakumar and others were also present.
