Returns


Due to the nature of online advertising services, we do not accept returns once the advertisement campaign has been initiated and/or delivered. This is because our services are intangible and cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to thoroughly review all details of your advertisement campaign before finalizing your purchase.


Refunds


Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:


Non-Delivery: If, for any reason, your advertisement campaign is not delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the extent of the delay and the nature of the services purchased.

Service Defects: In the event that there are defects in the delivery of your advertisement campaign that significantly affect its effectiveness or quality, you may request a refund. Our team will review the issue and, if the defect is confirmed, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your advertisement campaign before it has been initiated, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, minus any applicable fees or charges incurred up to the point of cancellation.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise specified.


Exceptions

Dissatisfaction with the performance of the advertisement campaign, provided that it was delivered as described.

Failure to provide accurate or complete information during the purchase process.
